Goals include revenue and profitability to the entire bank, growth in market share, cross-selling the entire bank, optimizing client satisfaction and business cash management/deposit growth. It is an expectation to gain 100% share of wallet in every healthcare relationship. Networking opportunities are expected with external partners such as accountants, attorneys, equipment vendors, hospital practice and physician recruiters, Healthcare organizations and boards, billing companies, business insurance agents, malpractice insurance companies and medical commercial real estate agents. Establish and implement a Healthcare "go to market" business plan. The plan will identify, prioritize and set business development tactics for the market's major healthcare prospects, clients, COIs, etc. Knowing the market and key executive/physician players builds credibility and growth. In addition, the HBBO target prospect will be defined in terms of specialty, revenue size and geographic location. The plan must be shared with business partners to gain feedback and advice how it may be enhanced to reach the goal of increasing above average market and wallet share in their unique market. The Healthcare Banker needs to review progress against plan with Area Manager and the Healthcare Sales Manager once per quarter at a minimum. Drive revenue growth.
