Conduct labor contract negotiations, represent Gannett properties in labor arbitrations, defend unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB and in Courts of Appeal, and handle NLRB R-Cases. Prepare written responses to EEO charges at the federal and state level. Provide legal advice to management at Gannett Co., Inc. and all subsidiary properties on legal matters pertaining to employment law, including NLRA, Title VII, ADEA/OWBPA, ADA, OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, affirmative action.
